As a lifestyle medicine coach, I promote awareness of the impact of lifestyle on health and disease, and as a breast cancer survivor, I work hard to practice positive health behaviors for my own wellbeing. My real passion comes with combining Catholic spirituality with lifestyle medicine & positive psychology to truly nourish your mind, body, and spirit. By promoting positive lifestyle behaviors, while nourishing growth in a faith community, I believe people can truly flourish and live with purpose and meaning. I also teach university courses in pathophysiology and lifestyle medicine and serve as a musician & vocalist in my local Catholic parish.
