The AFLAME program includes personalized coaching sessions that will address lifestyle behaviors, goal setting, problem-solving, and accountability. Participants will receive guidance in the behavior change process, while addressing nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, social connection, and risky substances. Positive psychology interventions will be incorporated, as well as integration of Catholic spirituality.

Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP) will help you to better understand your character strengths and leverage them in the present moment to fully engage with life.
